About Clement

The founder and Managing Partner at HLB Zimbabwe (formerly HLB Ruzengwe & Company) with thirty five years audit experience. He has over 30 years offering audit services to non-profit making organisations as well as clients in the public and private sector. He is a holder of a Bachelors of Science (Cons) degree in Economics, however he discovered a love for accountancy, as a student at the University of Rhodesia, and this led to him being the first Black Zimbabwean to be admitted into the Rhodesian Institute of Chartered Accountants, ICAZ. He is passionate about training young accountants and has been doing so successfully for over three decades.
